In recent years, the rapid development of computer science and mobile communication technology brings us into the dynasty of mobile internet. Cloud TVs, smart phones, tablet PCs and other smart devices are gradually becoming the indispensible part of our daily life. In the meantime, mobile healthcare has begun to be the focus of mobile internet. With chronic diseases monitored, smart devices reminded patients of self-management. In that circumstances, the treatment key point needs to shift away from "see a doctor" toward "take a recuperation", and chronic diseases can be effectively controlled, as well as achieve the purpose that curing chronic diseases not only rely on medicine. Chronic disease management software has provided important support for the remote healthcare, reduced the cost of medicine and human resource. Therefore, it’s urgent to develop chronic disease management software.In this paper, analyzing and testing the chronic disease management Android application have been discussed. First, this paper introduced domestic software testing situation, the importance of manual testing and automated testing. Second, according to the chronic disease management software requirement document, function test points can be decomposed, and also, the test plan can be made. Meanwhile, the paper discusses how to design reasonable test cases through scientific test case design method and its business sensitivity. Third, from two aspects, which are manual testing and automated testing, the paper describes the testing implementation procedure, including function testing, interface testing, pressure testing, and so on. After each release of new version software, using automated testing tools to execute regression testing and guarantee the quality of the software. In the end, the paper discusses the method of analyzing and positioning bugs that found during the testing, which helps the developers to fix bugs, and then making a conclusion and improvement of the technical problems during testing.
