Research Of Vertical Handover Technology In Wireless Heterogeneous Networks

In recent years, the booming development in the field of wireless communications, wireless network data transmission business constantly continued evolution in the direction of high speed and high bandwidth.From the traditional GSM network architectures have been evolving to TD-SCDMA and WCDMA3G network. Wireless transmission technology is toward a more diversified direction at the same time, the short distance wireless transmission technologies such as BlueTooth, Zigbee,802.11as the strong support of universal mobile communication network are gaining popularity in the field of wireless communications.Therefore, how to blend of wireless heterogeneous network effectively to become the future direction of the research in the field of wireless communications.This article first to introduces the WCDMA and WLAN network architecture, and HSPA+and802.11data transfer protocol are briefly, from two aspects of universal mobile wireless networks and wireless local area network (LAN), the current two of the most representative data transmission network are analyzed.In order to further put forward two kinds of network integration solutions to theoretical foil.On this basis, the paper expounds the concept of wireless heterogeneous networks, with fusion of WLAN and WCDMA network as an example, this paper introduces two kinds of typical wireless heterogeneous network integration solutions, and in the process of network integration of the most important vertical switching algorithm was described, select two representative vertical switching algorithm, from the Angle of theoretical analysis, further integration of wireless heterogeneous network.Finally, this paper proposes a Netfilter framework combined with a virtual network card based wireless heterogeneous network integration solutions, and in the heterogeneous network environment of WLAN and WCDMA engineering verification.From the aspects such as demand analysis, system design, functional test respectively.To improve success rate of vertical heterogeneous network switch, reduce caused by vertical switch time delay and packet loss rate.
