To solve this problem, we developed a mobile client for the Android platform, to build a WEB server using Tomcat and Socket communication to communicate with the client and database, and the underlying MySQL database to build a fast and compact system server-side database. The system calls the smartphone hardware features instant SMS receipt and instant message receipt, and to achieve a two-dimensional code scanning recognition order number and signature image upload saved function to simplify the courier processes, reducing courier disputes.The system completed test results show that the system can simulate courier recipient to send pieces processes, and can be expected to the functions what we want to achieve.Finally, enunciate possible optimization of the system, and what will be RFID and GPS applications in the courier industry prospects.
