With the development of quantum technology, quantum communication has been paying more attention to by the researchers. Especially as a new quantum communication, quantum secure direct communication will gradually become the main way of communication. Compared with the traditional communication, quantum communication has enormous advantages. With its high safety and high transmission capacity, quantum communication has broad application prospects in important strategic areas, such as communication networks, military, space technology. To improve the security of quantum communication is related to the national security and strategic issues.The result of analyzing the quantum communication technology shows that the security of the quantum communication mainly relies on the characteristics of quantum entanglement, but the security detection is essential. Although there have been some security detection strategies, their detection efficiency is not high. The security of quantum communication protocols has not adequately met the requirements of quantum secure direct communication.Therefore, in order to improve the security of quantum communication, the quantum "ping-pong" protocol and two-way quantum secure direct communication protocol these two famous communication protocols in quantum communication have been improved in this design. GHZ state, Cluster state and W state etc as the detection particles are inserted into the transport stream innovatively, and through the appropriate measurement of detection particles, to determine whether there is an eavesdropper in quantum channel. Three improved security detection schemes for the two protocols were proposed in this design respectively. Using the information entropy theory, the improved security detection scheme is proved progressive safety by a complex security analysis. Compared with the original protocol, the eavesdropping detection efficiency of the improved security detection scheme is significantly higher than that of the original protocol, so they are more secure than the original protocol.
