With the development of Internet and computer technology, the traditional way of teaching and examinations has exposed its flaws and computer-aided teaching gradually shows its advantages. As the important direction of modern education, the construction of Item Bank system provides a very effective way to achieve the fairness and efficiency of modern education, meets the basic needs of the separation of teaching and examination as well as makes teaching more standardized and more scientific. The main contents are as follows:On the basis of reading a lot of literature, the author has analyzed the current Item Bank system. On the basis of referencing of previous experience in the process of Item Bank systems building, the author has researched relationship models of function modules and business objects, designed a reasonable data storage solution, improved necessary function points, divided various parts of the functions into rational parts.Aiming to establish an Item Bank system witch support multi-disciplinary and multi-classification, with J2EE as the basic specification, JAVA as the main development language, the paper designed structure of the platform and developed involved functions.After the analyzing and proposing of typical algorithmic, this paper put forward a more suitable algorithmic for the system, after that the author developed the platform with his team. The paper has presented a way of questions establishment, questions parsing and papers combination, which is completely based on Microsoft Word which supports pictures, formulas and other non-text content of the questions paper well.Finally, through analyzing the effect of the Algorithmic of this system, it proved that the Algorithmic has higher success rate and higher efficiency. The system can be used in various examination processes of different educational institutions, it is improved that the system plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of teaching and monitoring of teaching levels.
