With the explosive growth of data traffic flow,the flourishing development of themobile Internet will be inspired by smart phones,such as iphone which is a representativeof the popularity of smart phones in recent years.For the operator,the income of data trafficaccounted for80%of the total income. In order to deal with the fierce competition and theneeds of business, operators try their best to achieve the higher bandwidth.For the sake oflarge capacity,low delay,high bandwidth and low cost requirements,the introduction of thelatest technology is the best way..At this time, LTE network technology toarise at thehistoric moment,which is the important directionin of the mobile communicationdevelopment.At present, the world has an incentive to participate in the large-scale construction ofLTE networks. With the rapid development of communication technology, the networksecurity also face new challenges. People enjoy mobile Internet which bring convenient atthe same time, there are some lawless use mobile Internet harm the image of a state anddestroy social stability.In consideration of the safety of network, this paper mainly studieshow to collect data from LTE networks in S1interface and efficiently identificate protocol.On the basis of it,we can deduce client behavior in order to provide theoretical basis forsecurity audit system.First bases the analysis of LTE network structure, technical characteristics, discussesthe functions and basic protocol’s processes of S1and X2interfaces, ultimately, it reachesthe conclusion that data collection must be form S1interface.Then gives the generalprinciples of data collection and analysis system design which included data collectionmodule and data analysis module. Functionally, the data collection module mainlyachieves functions of capturing and filtering packet, considering large flow problem, thispaper puts forward the principle of separate processing between the data and signal, thebalance of strategy of IP distribution over data;data analysis module is responsible for thethe data and signal connection,and adopts procotol recognition by multi-pattern matching algorithm. Then gives a test of mainstream application software in LTE network,in order todeepen the understanding of protocol in LTE network, protocol characteristics is analysed.
