So itis of great significance to research them.Series-fed cylindrical omnidirectional antenna are designed based on slotted coaxial antenna,which extend two dipole arms in the gap. Input impedance are obtained by equivalent circuit modelof impedance based on the transmission line model and circuit topology.Bowl dipole antenna, with wideband properties due to the slow decay of the current and goodimpedance characteristic. Changed dipole arm into bowl dipole to obtain wide bandwidth. Analyzeits equivalent circuit model to achieve impedance matching. Product yield and precision of antennaare estimated by tolerance analysis.The equivalent circuit model, proposed in this thesis can be employed as a feasibility basis forimpedance matching. Series-fed cylindrical omnidirectional antenna possesses the performances ofwide bandwidth, good radiation characteristics and relatively simple structure. It is suitable forengineering applications. |
