Wireless spectrum resource is non-renewable and very precious. How to use the resource of thewireless network more reasonable and efficient is an important research topic in the field ofwireless communication. Access control algorithm is an important part of the wireless networkresource management because the quality of the access control strategy directly affects theutilization of network resource and the efficiency of the network. Based on the theory of synergetics,this thesis studies the wireless network access control technology, including modeling, algorithmdesign and performance evaluation, etc. The thesis not only provides different access controlmechanisms for different wireless networks, but also puts forward a kind of access control andresource allocation joint optimization strategy.This thesis mainly studies three aspects:(1) How to solve the problem of access control withsynergetics in the cellular network. The synergetics conceptual model and synergetics equation areestablished. The phase transition point of system full access is a key point.(2) The access controlmechanism of wireless heterogeneous network is studied and the optimization model is given. Theproblem is divided into two subproblems: system level optimization and subsystem leveloptimization. The simulation results verify the feasibility and superiorit of synergetics. It balancesthe load between different networks effectively and improves the user efficiency as a whole.(3) Ajoint optimization model of access control and resource allocation is established. On the premise ofuser satisfaction, users select the network with highest probability before allocating resource. Thesimulation results show that the proposed joint optimization method guarantees the networkefficiency as well as the satisfaction of users. Finally, the researches for the access control andresource allocation algorithm are summarized, and put forward the outlook for the next step ofwork.
