Abstract/Summary:
For coal mine safety production, our country has been advocating high efficiency,big function, and intelligence, with fllowing the principle of saving energy and reducingconsumption. In recent years, the mining coal technology of “three under and onebelow” has had an abroad application between the coal mining enterprises, in orderto improve the productivity and safety of coal mining. The ultra-high water backfilling,aintermittent working process, under villages, railroads and surface buildings plays animportant role in the process of coal mining. But pipe blockage and leakage accidentoccurs frequently as the particularity of filling materials and environmental corrosion.The most important thing is that fluid sediment deposition or pipeline cleaning notthoroughly. This accident often causes the waste of manpower, financial and materialresources. To solve this situation in a timely manner, it is urgent to design a set ofon-line monitoring pipes system.Through the analysis of the common pipeline monitoring system at home andabroad, this paper designs the hardware system and software system. Firstly, itcompletes the selections of sensors, monitoring substation and the communication ways.Secondly, based on virtual instrument, using LabVIEW2012as development platform,SQL Server2008as database development tool to develop the software system. Thispaper makes designing, programming and implementation for the various functionalmodules of system, design database, analysis pressure flow balance method withmodular, top-down designing thought. This software system has the real-time dataacquisition, display, storage and analysis. It also has historical data query, editing,transfinite alarming.The last, the experiment proves this system availability.The experiment proves that the on-line monitoring system about the ultra-highwater backfilling pipeline can accurately achieve parameters monitoring. The worksunderstand of backfilling pipeline running state through the pressure and flow changingtrend and take corresponding measures when failure and alarming occurring,thusavoiding accidents expanding and implementation user requirements.Compared with the existing pipeline monitoring systems, this system combines thesensor technology, computer technology and virtual instrument technology, breakingthrough the limitations of traditional monitoring systems. It solves the past trouble of writing tedious code programming and shortens the development cycle that usingLabVIEW. This system realizes on-line monitoring for pipe, reduces the patrol humanwaste,and improves the production efficiency and safety in coal mining.
