With the development of China’s coal industry in full swing and increasingly fierce competition in the market, how to dig out reliable information in the ocean of data to support decision-making is a key factor in the coal industry for seizing opportunities and meetting challenges.For coal of transportation and sale,we developed Decision support system for coal of transportation and sale combined data mining,decision support and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) and studied the related intelligent algorithms. In this paper, the researched key intelligence algorithms are cluster analysis mining association rules.This system combines the plugin engineering——OSGI and struts2to implement the service-oriented architecture SOA. The system function are in the form of services provided to the user, and this system realized the system function of plug and play.We uses the method that combines lift and association rules to analyse the customer information.By discovering frequent itemsets,we can find out the correlation information of data.By the introduction of lift, the Apriori Algorithm is enhanced and the problem that caused by the negative correlation between Properties is solved.In view of the information of coal test history library, we use k-means clustering algorithm to the information of coal test,and general information of coal properties finally are showed the customer. Meanwhile,in the view of unstable problem caused by the initial center randomly selected,we improve the algorithm selection method of initial center to enhance the quality and effect of clustering.
