Design Of Large Screen Display System Based On Community Monitoring Center

In order to meet more stringent visual requirements, large screen display system emerges as the times require. The system is widely used in the fields of security monitoring, traffic, communication, military,electric power and other fields and plays a decisive role in providing information sharing or safety monitoring. Large screen display system is a kind of solution of terminal display in the VSCS (video surveillance and control system) of intelligent community. By using liquid crystal splicing wall with advanced technology in VSCS, the performance and overall functions of the monitoring system is promoted greatly. Besides, it solved many problems in the traditional residential monitoring system, such as monitoring simplification, poor real-time performance and so on. After the systematic analysis of the problems in the traditional residential monitoring system and the goal this subject achieves to, a kind of monitoring display system with large screen and based on C/S system structure is proposed. This paper discusses the designing of the server end and the man-machine interface with Visual C++2010.The system is based on the DBMS of Microsoft SQL Server2008. Users can add, delete and revise database in the interface and adjust the output screen position, according to the different specification display.Firstly, the background of the monitoring system and large screen display system are briefly introduced. Then, the basic theory and the key technology of the monitoring system and large screen system are discussed, such as video compression technology, TCP/IP, Socket, intelligent detection technology, cluster and so on. After setting up the hardware architecture of the system, then the software part is illustrated mainly in detail, expressly for the steps and realization of each block. At the end of this paper, outlook and summary of the research are given. Parts of characteristics and inadequacies are declared. At the same time, the next step is pointed out.Focus on the large screen display system in monitoring area, the database and the function of the client user interface are mainly introduced. Otherwise, the server part of the application are briefly introduced, too. So a complete set of large screen display monitoring system is designed out. The merits of the monitoring menu, such as integration, simplicity, m ultiple function and so on, make the monitoring more convenient and efficient. It simplifies management work while still provides security for people.
