This research is based on this background,by the Suzhou Education Examination Authority commission, based on the Androidplatform, doing th application study of the framework, database structure, function moduleof Suzhou Education Examination Authority mobile APP.This paper first describes the Android environment configuration, technical points andthe choice of development tools during the development process, then through the userrequirements and the various factors combined analysis, established the EasyUI+SpringMVC+Hibernate MVC model. At the same time, considering the entire system datavolume and the cost of development, finally use MySql to realize data storage. On theclient side, considering the division of function module and the experience of the users, thedynamic loading of function button and the data list is realized, and through the Json dataand Map data transfer, realize the news query, data query, messages and other functions, to provide customers with more convenient service. And then through the design test cases,functional, reliability, stability of the system are all fully testing, to ensure the quality ofthe whole system,and to make a good reference for the system realization.
