The third generation of digital network video monitoring system, can be realized onthe large amount of video data in real time, long-distance transmission, provides anintuitive, fast, effective information for the people. The video monitoring system isintuitive, convenient, so it is widely used in various security system. But the security videosurveillance system at present is often high cost, personnel management, installation anduse of complex, not suitable for ordinary users. So the research and development has animportant significance and application value of a home security video surveillance systemto meet the general requirements of the user.According to user requirements on residential home security products, combined withthe domestic security and video surveillance development trend home and abroadapplication status, the use of embedded microprocessor technology, image processingtechnology, the wireless network communication technology, infrared sensing technology,uses SAMSUNG company launched a new generation of CORTEX-A8processorS5PV210and wireless module (set of image processing and GSM/GPRS communicationfunctions in one) in home security video surveillance system as the core of hardwareplatform, with high version of the Linux kernel software platform, The embedded remotemonitoring is discussed in this paper. This paper adopts the design idea of the system ofcomposite type trigger alarm, the fusion of the moving target detection alarm, the humanbody infrared alarm and temperature alarm mode, realizes the effective perception offamily of various abnormal situations. When the abnormal situation occurs, the system willautomatically host image acquisition, and lay on the picture time label, through the GPRSnetwork to transmit MMS and SMS forms to the remote mobile phone, the user cantimely clear intuitive grasp of home real-time situation. Environmental monitoring isintroduced into the ZigBee wireless sensor network, save the cost of wiring and lowerpower consumption monitoring module. System through setting up WEB server canbe directly in the browser to realize the remote control of household appliances, remote video monitoring, system settings, user management and a series of operations. On theclient side and the server uses AJAX technology to realize asynchronouscommunication, and effectively improve the efficiency of server’s response. Andthrough the use of SQlite database to facilitate the management of userinformation and picture information and phone number and other information, the usercan understand the specific circumstances of real-time monitoring area by computer.This paper first gives the source of the research background, significance and theproject, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the development process, videomonitoring system has been embedded video monitoring technology scheme. When thesecurity product function and performance demand basis, given the correspondingtechnical solutions and the overall design; design and test of the hardware and softwaredesign mainly includes the wireless receiving module circuit, interface circuit and otherhardware design of image module. The software design includes two parts of Boa serverand application program, application program design includes WEB server design, videosurveillance, alarm message and response message instruction software function design;finally, summarizes the full text, and gives the direction of further study and improving.The test results and the use of that, some systems have been developed with goodreliability, high intellectualized degree, low cost, good man-machine interaction, easyinstallation, primarily to meet the modern requirements for home security products.
