With the increase speed of people’s life, working pressure and the deterioration of theenvironment, it is important to make the appropriate preventive work for understanding our ownphysical condition in time and fast. Since ECG is one of the most important human physiologicalsignals, we could effectively understand our cardiac health status through ECG waveform analysis.But as limiting on current conditions and heart disease with instantaneous characteristic, patientscould not always stay in hospital to accept ECG monitoring, and normally cann’t bear frequentECG testing fee. So portable ECG equipments came into being.They usually consist of ECGacquisition module, ECG signal processing module, signal processing module, transmission moduleand display module. Today, with the development of mobile communication technology and dataservices, mobile smart phones become more powerful and greatly influence people’s daily lives. Soconsidering that ECG acquisition module could separate from ECG display module, one canimplement ECG display on some smart phone platforms to replace the function of display moduleon the devices.This thesis firstly introduces research background and significance of the topic, relevanttheoretical knowledge and results of designing ECG acquisition circuit and wireless transmissionmodule circuit design, and debugging of the hardware and software on the PCB circuit.Secondly,ECG waveform drawing, information inquiry, and extracting and calculating ECG parameters onAndroid smart phone are introduced. Main innovations of the thesis include:(1) This paper designs a complete set of ECG acquisition and transmission circuit in order toobtain low-noise analog ECG signals, then circuit controlling, A/D conversion are realized usingMSP430F2553chip, wireless transport the ECG signal via Bluetooth module and so on.(2) This paper sets up a central server system, creates user databases, stores the basicinformation inquires and ECG waveform of the measured person, achieves personal informationand draws ECG waveform on Android phones. To achieve health information sharing,provide anew way for medical diagnosis.(3) Realize R-wave extraction and heart rate calculation on Android phones, according to heartrate, draw waveform. Designed simultaneously acceleration signal acquiration,to facilate analysis ofECG during different exercise situations.
