Packaging circulation packaging refers to the Packaging temporarily stored by the buyer taking rent or lend in product sales, which is different from the former sales management system. Because the appearance of packing materials circulation, make the product sales information become very complicated, the existing traditional sales management mode does not quite work. Through this paper, a new design concept for this unique marketing system is proposed. Consider commercial behavior with customers as a product that various gases, cylinders, rent, borrow, testing, maintenance, etc. are seen as products. It’s clearly solved for flow packaging has brought a series of problems, so we create a new development methodology.This paper describes sales system design and implementation process based on the gas circulation packaging. The system uses an object-oriented development method. The system mainly consists of functional modules of the data entry module, data query block, statistics module, financial management module, the basic data module, system management module. This system produces front desk page using PowerBuilder9technology in the front page, and makes use of the SQL Server2000database technology to access database in the background. After put into use, the system reduce the flow package in the practical work,and improve the efficiency in the use of packing materials circulation, greatly reduce the artificial management costs, and improve the production efficiency.
