Because spinneret capillary has the characteristic of large number、small diameter and high accuracy, whether it is in the pro-processing or finishing operation will result in staff labor-intensive, low efficiency and high rate of product obsolescence.The micro-hole finishing operation plays a crucial role in improving the quality of spinneret capillary.The spinneret capillary finishing operation is mainly used for removing of the processing glitch in the spinneret silk surface after drilling and punching.Traditional finishing way can easily damage the workpiece or produce flawed, is difficult to meet the requirements in terms of accuracy, efficiency and degree of automation and has a high degree of dependence.Therefore, this topic will be developed according to the characteristics of the spinneret and a spinneret capillary automatic finishing device as an alternative to the traditional finishing operation.This paper first outlines the concepts, applications and advantages of the machine vision system, the structure of the spinneret, porous shape, dimensional accuracy requirements as well as the processing method of the spinneret.And the processing status of the spinneret porous at home and abroad, the development of analysis illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the spinneret finishing machines.Followed from the point of view of the mechanical design study the spinneret finishing machines, functional analysis, to determine the side and the content of the system.Then, starting from the machine vision system to determine the selection of the visual positioning of the hardware system and introduced one by one.The composition of the system control system is studied.Positional deviation causes produced by spinneret and automatic positioning of the finishing machine are researched.Followed to determine an automatic positioning method based on machine vision for spinneret capillary and the positioning principle and algorithm is studied. Finally, the positioning accuracy of the whole system is analyzed.Elaborate system software design, including software development environments, interface design, and image acquisition system and motion control system design; finally, experimental verification is carried out and the results show that the system is satisfactory.
