| Through years of market competition, Shanghai Telecom is well conscious of the importance of hard and soft operation resource management. It invests funds to develop a service resource management information system to meet its own competition needs and business features, so that it can establish higher technology level based competition advantage which puts customer and service value as its core. This thesis discusses the development of Shanghai Telecom service resource management system with the above background.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of the system. First, it systematically summarizes enterprise management and its information supporting methods’ improvement. Then, according to the real needs of Shanghai Telecom’s customer relation management business, it gives the demand analysis of the system. The main functions include hardware network resource requirement management, equipment operation maintainance management and customer-centric service resource management functions, telecom service market analysis function and customer service cost fee management function, etc. The corresponding user cases are also built. On this basis, the thesis analyzes and discusses the design scenario of the software, gives the database design scenario and main objects’functions of the software architecture, and discusses the design scenario of resource information management and analysis function and customer service cost fee management function with modeling management as their clues. Last, it gives the above main functions’brief programming implementation on the basis of design.This software system uses client/server architecture. The applied server is developed by Java/J2EE. The database uses Oracle which is enterprise level relation database platform. The system is finished in development and improves the company’s capability in more efficiently using its resources. |
