Manual work is still a major way in each link of warehousing, transportation and distribution. It seriously affects the specialization level of logistics enterprises, and hinders the development of enterprises. Encasement is an important link of cargo transport. Most companies have encasement inefficiency problem and high encasement cost problem. The standardization of encasement operation can reduce cost, improve the encasement speed and the container volume utilization, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Aimed at the actual demand and the function shortage of the specialization encasement software of logistics enterprises, we plan to design a three-dimensional visualization bin packing system which has more functions, high stability, good optimization effect, more convenient operations and more beautiful interfaces. And the design of the three-dimensional visualization bin packing system has great practical significance and application value.Designing operation management software that has cargo-handling capability, container management capability, optimized configuring capability,3D visualization function,3D manual editing function, report generation capability, batch data import and export capabilities, and integrated query and analysis capabilities. The system is guided by the system engineering theory, based on client-server model, and used the core technology of the optimization theory and graphical visualization method. Design idea is to meet the functional requirements at first. In addition to cargo information loading and container information loading and3D display/manual editing, it also allows users to add task or remove task or query task, choose cargo for secondary loading. The system also has pre-assigned capability and task correlation capability. Then designing operation process, and subdividing capabilities to information module, task module, the optimized configuring module/3D display module/manual editing module, statistical analysis module and the import/export modules. Then analyzing the data flow, and designing the database in detail based on the heuristic algorithm. The last step is interfaces design, and three-dimensional visualization bin packing system has realized according to this design. |
