Secondary flowmeter is a kind of intelligent secondary flowmeter. The instrument adopts the DM12864M character LCD screen and STC89C58is the main control chip, AD694as4-20ma output current chips. The secondary flowmeter adopt the special flow algorithm of instantaneous to overcome that the traditional display of digital tube is not intuitive, current output is not accurate and the characteristics of the instantaneous flow instability. The secondary instrument have pulse signals of flowmeter, the actual use process, the intellectualizarion, display visual, convenient operation and so on. It has obtained the good effect.4-20ma current output module came through that secondary instrument simply transform and is mainly used to control the proportion of opening.Through the experiment of verification prove that the system simply and easy operate, and it is convenient and stable operation. The system reflects in technical and economic superiority.
