Nowadays, there are more and more places of telecommunication using the monitoring system. Up to the military enterprise, and down to the people who use it for civilian products, CCD high speed cameras are more and more used in all sorts of fields. But, because of the restriction of the length of the transmission cable, this kind of cameras is used with a lot of limitations. Although the foreigners have the mature technology and have produced the product of CCD transmission system, in the domestic, the development of the CCD transmission system is also very slowly. The technology and the cost are the most important reasons. In this paper, we will build a perfect demo platform of image transmission system of the CCD high speed camera. We will use fiber which has the characteristics of stable transmission over a long distance to transmit the CCD high speed camera images. In this way, we can realize the function of the complete passthrough of the CCD high speed camera images. If we overcome the problem of the distance, the CCD high speed camera will have a very brightly prospects for development in the daily life or military applications.In this paper, I studied the transmission characteristics of the CCD high speed cameras. And I had mastered the design scheme of the CCD high speed camera image transmission system after I studied the existing technology. To build a fully functional CCD high speed camera image transmission system demo platform, I need refer to a large number of documents and materials, and then choose a fit CCD high speed camera and an image acquisition card. And on the basis of the original, I increased a reverse transmission channel. In this way, we could use this reverse transmission channel to do many things. For reasons of human nature, I increased an RS232serial port. No matter the send ports or the receive ports, we can realize the function of the serial port communication. And we may use fiber to transmit the image signals and RS232serial port signals. In this way, the transmission Link will be more stable and the transmission system will be more safety and convenient. And then, I increased a PZT console at the side of the send port. Using this PZT console, we can control the direction of the camera. And then we will get the images which we want to shoot. With the RS232serial port transmitting the controlling orders of the PZT console, we can easily monitor the outdoor or indoor situations. In this paper, I Added the function of encryption and decryption. And the receiving part can check the data and found the error location. In the end, I increased the Link detection system. Since it is a perfect demo platform, we must ensure that it will be safety and stable for a long time. The main idea is making some different clock signals. Maybe the research on the CCD high speed camera image transmission system would make a contribution to the developing of CCD high speed camera image transmission system.
