The car has become an indispensable means of transport with the rapid development ofnational economy. The data of cars has played an increasingly important role in curbingtraffic violations, prevent traffic accidents, traffic accidents analysis and assessment ofresponsibilities. In the background of the rapid development of big data and cloud computingtechnology, this paper has designed a data acquisition platform for cars with DM8148processer. This platform processes the signal of tire pressure, LDW, FCW and the video, thentranslate the date to The Cloud. The Cloud will provide better service by processing the datafrom this platform.In this article, through in-depth analysis of the platform, combined with modern scienceand technology development level, this paper expounds the practical significance andresearch background of this platform. The article illustrated the research content in detail,designed the system structure frame.Secondly, according to the platform function requirements, we completed the overalldesign of the platform and choose DM8148as the processor. Key technologies such as CANbus, video processing,3G communication, etc. were studied in this paper. Based on themodule function, this article choose MCP2515, DM9000AE, TVP5158chips to realize theCAN bus control, network communication, video decoding and other functions. The wholecircuit design is completed.Finally, we carried on the software development by DVRRDK development tools underthe Linux operating system. CAN bus, tire pressure monitoring, lane departure, collisionwarning, video processing and storage management module functions are realized. We usemulti-process and multi-thread programming technology to make each function module inparallel coordination. Finally, we tested the collection platform. Results show that the function module of data acquisition platform is running normally. It has a good applicationprospect.
