With the continuous development of computer technology and telecommunication technology and the constant promotion of increasingly strong social demand, the call center industry has been in rapid development. But over years the construction mode of call center is mainly self-built, and its high construction cost and maintenance cost drive away many small scale corporations. Besides its profit pattern mainly depends on system hardware and software and CRM system on the application layer. According to the situation, this paper refers to the construction mode of hosted call center, opens web interfaces for conference capabilities by combining with the Internet, and attempts to explore more profit patterns by providing services related to call center.Firstly, this paper makes a deep investigation on mainstream online conference room, and designs a standard web interfaces document related to conference after detailed analysis of system demands. Online conference room based on these interfaces avoids high cost and maintenance problem which constructing multi-party conference platform brings.Secondly, this paper refers to and improves Comet architecture based on Ajax long polling to design overall communication architecture after introducing and comparing current server push technology, and carefully organizes information interaction between the service layer and the middleware layer. Considering system security, the paper designs authentication procedure involving browser, third party and call center platform to help third party avoid the leaking problem of conference information. Thirdly, under the guidance of the overall system framework, this paper gradually details modules in each layer, designs realization principle of each module, calling procedure among modules, user-defined structures and related database tables, and implements all modules by coding based on the involved technology.Finally, based on designed test cases, this paper tests the whole system completely and detailedly, including interface test and system integration test, and the final test result verifies the feasibility of the topic from a technical viewpoint. At last the paper gives research results obtained from the topic, and discusses the parts where we can improves from multiple viewpoints.
