By manpower to implement for the information collectionand analysis, the efficiency is very low. At the same time, it is notcomprehensive. So we need to build a management system to solve the problem.At the present, emotional factors concern of Internet users in publicopinion analysis system is insufficient, the system just stay on topic monitoringusually, there is no general attitude to analyzed events. In this paper, it isintroduced the technical text orientation analysis to public opinion monitoringsystem, the text tendentiousness technologies application in the public opinionanalysis system is studied. This system is based on the basis of emotionaldictionary, can provide users with more accurate public opinion orientationanalysis results.This paper main research work is as follows:1, text orientation analysis system was designed and implemented in theacquisition module, respectively according to the characteristics of the layout ofthe BBS and blogs are put forward and realized the two ways of extraction oftext information, has obtained the good experimental effect;2, design the calculation of bias, and implements the text put forward thenetwork text orientation can be divided into long sentences and short sentencesare calculated respectively, and will be introduced to the dependency grammarorientation calculation; For blog will be calculated separately, the title and textinformation given different weights, at the same time puts forward a calculationbased on keywords tendentiousness, the method of experiment show that thismethod is feasible;3, the text tendentiousness applied to network public opinion system,through the example analysis, it is concluded that the proposed orientationcalculation method was used to monitor the Blog is effective.In the design and implementation of this system, the combination of ASP and SQL Server technology mode is used, the B/S structure is chosen to buildthe system framework,and the text orientation analysis system is completedfinally.
