| AS a specifically training on non-technical skills for airline dispatchers, dispatchresource management (DRM) training plays an important role in improving airlinesafety and economic efficiency. However, due to the conatraints of training programand implementation plan, there’s no comprehensive and systematic DRM trainingmodel for most airlines, the actual training situation is not ideal.In this paper, dispatch resource management training program and training effectevaluation for pre-post dispatcher were discussed. Firstly, upon the actual investigationand interview, more suitable DRM training stages for pre-post dispatcher were proposed,then based on the tasks and competency requirements which were detail analyzed andsurveyed, DRM training contents and methods of each stage that are more relevant toactual dispatch work were proposed by combining with the BOOM and LOFT trainingconcepts and methods. All these make the overall DRM training program more scienticand targeted. Secondly, under the framework of Kirkpatrick model, and according towork contents and competency requirements of dispatcher, the DRM training effectevaluation form were designed by drawing on the basic idea of LOSA, so that thetrainging effect can be quantitatively evaluated. At last, because of the advantages ofwed application developed by ASP.NET, in this paper, combined with B/S structure, C#and SQL Server database, the dispatch resource management training and assessmentsystem for pre-post dispactcher were developed, a total of14functional modules wereachieved, including DRM theoretical curriculum, scenario training, examination andassessment of theory and practice training, etc. With this system airlines can effectivelyimprove DRM taining efficiency.On the basis of exist theoretical research, DRM theoretical study and engineeringapplication had got more attention in this paper, it has a great significance for promotingDRM further in China civil aviation. |
