The Network Examination System Based On The Web

This paper introduces how the examination system carries on development and acquisition under the network space environment. It is the ASP network examination system based on browser/server (B/S mode), organically blending the network’s universality and the technical features of large database to research and develop. The application test system has characteristics of Internet justice, objective organization, huge scale and higher scientificity, etc., so the students can know their scores timely after gaining access to this system. Due to the wide network resources and high efficiency, the test system can effectively reduce teacher’s work time and ease the burden so as to liberate teacher’s work efficiency. The exercises in ASP network examination system can be stored and are convenient to query furthermore, this system has the right to change, increase as well as to reduce paper types. The biggest advantage of this application is its strong openness, convenience and flexibility. Students, administrative staff and teachers can add, change and query test questions (papers) to question bank as well as to increase or decrease practice and subjects independently, and establish the corresponding data table with it. The system allows registers according to their own requirements, to flexibly and quickly take test questions of various subjects from the original exam questions and exercises, at the same time create test papers conforming to their own demands according to their own needs. And users can change the difficulty conditions and forms of the test questions according to their intentions. Through the identity authentication, examinees can login on the test browser via valid identity, and then answer questions according to the time required in the test system. After the completion of answering questions, test system will automatically grade to the database to check and inspect for the examinees.This paper mainly expounds the question bank design and question bank management module design. The system uses Windows2000as users’ operation platform, ASP as development tool and uses the ACCESS database. Based on the development of designing web program dynamic and access to large data, this paper also introduces the composition and structure of the system, elaborates the design planning program, implementation strategy, the development tools used and related professional technologies of this system. This paper also puts more stress on the analysis of the program design of the foreground and background exam.The network examination system designed comprehensively uses network resources: including ASP, SQL Server2005and other web portals for network teaching and examination. On the basis of the above software, the author effectively create the network examination system based on WEB. It implements including timely network problem solving test, check the history records and other functions.
