| As the development of city, the central heating system is one of the city’s infrastructure.Ensuring the high quality heating, economy energy and environmental protection of theheating system, it is very important to develop the automation level and imformationmanagement scheduling of urban centralized heat supply. By providing control scheme andusing the automatic control, we can save energy and make the heat loss to be a minimum. It isalso the main direction of heating industry. The system can not be master the instrumentoperating parameters timely, overcome the metering losses and tube damage caused byinstrument and human when manual operating.This paper mainly analyzes the working principle of the heat transfer station. Accordingto the characteristic of the central heating system and computer application technology, it putsforward the principle and method for monitoring, designs the remote monitoring system ofheat transfer station and uses the principle of genetic algorithm to improve the traditional PIDcontroller in the temperature control system. The paper also briefly introduces the remoteintelligent terminal which uses the PIC microcontroller as the core. The temperature controlsystem of the heat transfer station changes the temperature of the secondary side water byadjusting the first side control valve. Using inverter technology in valve make-up waterpressurization system can save power. The simulations reveal that this design can make thesecondary water supply temperature change with the outside temperature steady and rapidly.The temperature system becomes not only more stably and easily to control but also savingenergy. The project effectively controls the valve opening and frequency conversion control ofcirculating pump and make-up pump. Then it will save energy in the whole system. Inaddition, the touch screen is used in job site to realize real-time monitoring and control. It cannot only greatly improve the work efficiency but also reduce the failure rate. It makes thecontrol process more intuitively and more conveniently. |
