| According to the application and development of e-government, to meet the need of government information development of our country in new Era, the paper studies the government informationmodel which is based on public service, cloud computing and collaborative service. In addition, the paper proposes the study of public service-oriented collaborative workflow on government cloud.The development trend of the future E-government are more efficient, intensive and saving construction. However, if our country wants to build such E-government system, we must solve the following question. The problem is to create a government collaborative work platform which combines the cloud computing and E-government. Moreover, the platform has ability to use the standard service to complete service scheduling and manage the government proccess.Firstly, according to the guideline, the paper analyzes the requirement of government working for public service. The guideline is named as " E-government Public Platform Top-Level Design Guide Based On Cloud Computing " and is issued by the Ministry of Industry. In addition, on the basis of the centralized deployment cloud computing model, the study takes advantage of component-based ideas to design the government service on government cloud and package the government service into service components so that the government cloud will provide the unified service to the public by creating service instance.Secondly, the collaborative work is the key to ensure the public service to be successfully accomplished. On the basis of the existing personalized government service platform, the paper begins to build the information sharing model based on personalized data sources. In the model, the information will be shared among the various departments and different government departments can collaborate to provide workflow services following the government workflow. Moreovre, to resolve the data security problem the paper integrates access control into the cloud computing model. As a result, the paper divides the collaborative workflow into information sharing and dynamic access control two parts and studies them.Thirdly, on the basis of service components, collaborative sharing mode and dynamic access control, the paper constructs public service-oriented government cloud collaborative workflow model for the public. The model combines workflow design philosophy, service component ideas and government workflow.Finally, according to the public service components and dynamic access control, the paper does a case to help explaining the model in this paper. |
