| At present, China’s earthquake emergency rescue system rescue widespreadinformation content is incomplete, untimely release of the problem. Emergency rescuepersonnel can not be based on the situation of the earthquake affected areas, beforereaching the destination rescue, ready to work, which directly caused the efficiency ofChina’s earthquake relief work is not high. After the earthquake, rescue operationsposted information is particularly important for rescue work. Rescue operationsshould take full advantage of information dissemination communication networkresources, for the rescue time and increase the success rate of rescue work.3Gtechnology has a high transmission speed, high capacity, security and goodcharacteristics. With the growing3G network coverage area, the3G technology that isused in the third generation mobile communication technology informationdissemination earthquake rescue operations, is an important way to achievehigh-speed secure transmission of information and improve the level of emergencyrescue.This thesis is based on the design of information systems and rescue3Gtechnology, the demand for rescue operations by emergency rescue informationneeded for analysis, based on information released3G rescue system. Paper mainlycomposed of three modular system design: information query module, decisionanalysis module and system management module. Information query module meetsthe relevant government personnel, information and emergency rescue personnelmedical staff query needs. Information query module can query to the underlyingspatial information affected areas, earthquake information and rescue businessinformation. Meanwhile, information query module also performs map operations.Decision analysis capabilities rescue rescue plan for decision analysis, emergencyrescue workers and medical personnel can analyze the results generated by theimplementation of rescue, rescue personnel decision analysis burying intoearthquake-stricken situation analysis, needs analysis and rescue forces according tothe decision, the best rescue path analysis and professional earthquake rescueequipment needs analysis. System management module is a system management staff information system for data operation, easy system administration staff to completebasic data entry, data updates, database maintenance and information released to seeother work. Model Management sub-module is provided with three interfaces,namely the New Model Wizard, modify the model wizard, delete Model Wizard.Rescue operations based on3G technology information dissemination system hashigh transmission speed, high-capacity, mobility and good benefits, whichimplements the rescue plan to transfer information to improve the quality andefficiency of emergency rescue personnel, with the earthquake rescue systemimportant practical value. |
