| With the sustained growth of the investment in higher education field, changes are takingplace obviously in quantity, quality, type and scale. However, in the face of the growing groupof fixed assets and increasingly complex management activity and process of fixed assets, thedifficulty of asset management is growing. Therefore, the research and development of theuniversity fixed asset management platform is the inevitable trend in the informationconstruction and management of the university fixed assets, and it has strong realistic meaningand practical value.This dissertation bases on the survey, analysis and research of the examples of universityfixed assets management demand. It puts forward a university fixed asset managementplatform for solving the problems such as too many university fixed asset managementsystems, management process chaos and management difficulty which is based on cloudcomputing. The platform provides fixed asset management service for universities by a way ofSaaS (Software as a service). Windows Azure cloud operating system, Sql Azure andASP.NET technology are used for developing a prototype system of fixed asset managementplatform. The system accesses the cloud services via the browser,it is a high fusion, extensible,high-performance, safe and open management application platform. The platform supports theasset management, process management, user management, data statistics and analysis andother functions.The fixed asset management platform improves the efficiency of management and greatlyreduces the cost of purchase hardware devices. It has a certain theoretical and practicalreference value for information construction of university fixed assets management. |
