According to enterprise actual situation, to carry out the data acquisition and monitoring key technology research has important practical significance.Aiming at problems that a petrochemical works has a large number of information islands, and it lacks a unified platform for real-time data management. On the basis of analyzing the current condition of production data management in petrochemical plants, and the production device communication interface and system security, the key technologies such as the real-time data acquisition interface and control system data secure transmission were studied. The Modbus interface realizes the connection with the field devices with RS485interface by the master-slave query mode. The OPC interface adopts Client/Server mode, and realizes the communication of OPC Server and OPC Client by Ethernet. The implementation of disconnection of management network and control network direct connection by the physical isolation technology and one-way transmission from the control network to management network through a dedicated data exchange unit ensure the security of the data acquisition and monitoring system. It have designed the structure of real-time data acquisition system, data acquisition scheme and system data security transmission solution and established a system of real-time data acquisition by using industrial communication gateway, isolation gateway and real-time database that the real-time data acquisition, storage, management, a variety of data interfaces and system security issues are solved. At the same time, through the C/S structure, it have realized the production data of the real-time monitoring and unified management, so the production efficiency and the level of information management are improved greatly. System is actually put into operation, and had obtained good results. |
