On this basis, we build thesystem framework for post evaluation of project of the transmission access of base stationby using the Analytical Hierarchy Process,combined with the characteristics ofnetwork,construcion,operation of the transmission access network of base station.thendescribe the specific indicators and the scoring criteria of this system detailed.In thelast,this thesis verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this system of post evaluation bythe porjcet of the transmission access of base station of some carrier’s in Shanghai.
