Design And Implementation Of Project Management System For China Unicom Jilin Branch

Communication project management is a tough task that has been puzzling JiLinUnicom for some time.The previous way of manual registration of Projects is not agood solution to the problem.This problem can only be solved in a better way bymeans of the use of computerized platform. This thesis starts from requirementanalysis of communication project management, and then progressively studies andanalyzes the system design of the communication project management System.First, We introduced the PMMM model. Then, Based on the PMMM model，weanalyzed the engineering project management processes and evaluated theengineering propjet management departments in JiLin Unicom， we came to aconclusion that they are at level3of PMMM. Taking into consideration of the aboveanalysis and evaluation， a framework of engineering project management isproposed for JiLin Unicom，which consists of three Levels：analysis level，execution level， and supporting level.This framework covers all the projectmanagement processes in JiLin Unicom and provides a set of feasible scheme for allengineering project management activities.To the most important tools of project,information subsystem, at the end of this paper， We also got some improvementmeasures.
