The Analysis And Optimization Of Drop Call For WCDMA Network

Recently, with the subscriber increasment and new services deployment,WCDMA has become one of the major standards for mobile carriers.This thesis focuses on the drop call analysis and optimization for WCDMAnetwork. The existing problems and current status are investigated, and it shows that itis neccessary to solve the drop call rate in WCDMA network. In this theis, thesignalling flows for CS domain and PS doamian for WCDMA are discussed. Thenthe classification and solutions for drop call in WCDMA newwork are discussed.Based on previous anlyses and solutions, optimization solution for WCDMA networkis deployed. Finally, conclusions are made, and suggestions are concluded for futurefurther optimization.
