Nowthe this article main research content and results summarized as follows:(1) Analysis instrument application at home and abroad, in mechanical engineering athome and abroad for reference, the test Taiwan’s achievements and breakthrough, functionand structure of the test bench is determined.(2) Through the virtual instrument and the comparison of traditional testing instruments,the virtual instrument is applied to mechanical engineering testing lab, makes thedevelopment of the test bench has advanced and innovative.(3) Mechanical engineering testing software based on LabVIEW is developed, whichincludes data acquisition module, data processing and analysis module, data printing anddisplay module, etc.(4) Compiled the mechanical engineering test test bench experiment, the experimentmachine can finish the two main classes: one kind is the demonstration experiment,experiment content is mainly some mechanical engineering testing some of the commontheory of the instrument and the verification experiment;One kind is engineering innovationexperiment, experiment content is mainly virtual instrument design and sensor calibrationexperiment (such as temperature sensor, pressure transducer, acoustic emission sensors, etc.).To sum up, the mechanical engineering testing experiment based on virtual instrumentdevelopment platform can satisfy the mechanical parameters of test, and can use the platformto develop different types of mechanical innovation experiment project.So that the studentscan develop ability to develop innovative thinking.
