Ethernet technology has advantages of good openness, simple structure, fast speed, strong compatibility, easy expansibility and low-cost. It is favored by the industrial control field, and has been widely applied. The integration of the automatic control technology and the information network technology provides an opportunity for the seamless integration of enterprise office automation and production automation. Meanwhile, the embedded system is being widely used in industrial field. The production combining with embedded technology and industrial Ethernet is very popular and has a bright future. So, it is important to investigate and develop an intellectualized embedded monitoring system based on the industrial Ethernet.Temperature control system based on Ethernet applies C8051F120microcontroller as the core control device. C8051F120microcontroller can join up the network in physics through the single chip Ethernet controller CP2200. On the hardware side, the design introduces the structure and characteristics of C8051F120. It also introduces the internal structure and the principle of sending and receiving data packets of CP2200. On the interface with double cavity electric heating furnace, the design gives the temperature acquisition circuit and output control interface circuit. On the software side, the paper gives a concrete analysis of the Ethernet drive program and the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack, including the initialization and the configuration of sending and receiving data packets of CP2200and the realization of the ARP protocol module, the IP protocol module and the TCP protocol module. For heating furnace has the characteristic of serious interference, nonlinear, large delay, it is hard to develop practical mathematical model. So the design gives a fuzzy controller of two-dimensional structure with double cavity electric heating for research object. We realize the fuzzy control algorithm and debug the control algorithm with the C8051F120microcontroller. Finally, we realize the host computer temperature data acquisition and real-time image rendering function along with the completed design of the experiment system. The experiment shows that the system can not only realize temperature automatic control, but also share information. The successful completion of this design will promote the temperature intelligent control research. The embedded network formed by combining the industrial Ethernet technology and embedded technology has broad application prospects in remote monitoring areas and it can bring significant social benefits and economic benefits.
