Design Of A Residential Property Management System Based On Ajax

With people’s requirement of the quality of life and much application of information technology in property management, smart modern living property provides more convenient services for residents’life. Currently, most intelligent property management systems are developed based on traditional web model, under whose mode it takes customers the time to wait for a server’s response. This thesis combined B/S (Browser/Server) mode and Ajax technologies to build a three-tier system residential property management system. Ajax technology refers to asynchronous communication, reducing server load, and also reducing the transmission pressure.This thesis took the development of intelligent residential property management system in Jinxing Center City District of Tongcheng as an example. First the study expounded intelligent community developing trend home and abroad and conducted in-depth study of the structure and composition of the area of intelligent systems. Through the analysis and design principles and design basis, the study provided the overall design scheme of the system and through the application of software system designing program the study completed the system design process target, the system function structure, business process diagrams, database design work, and so on. Finally, by using Ajax technology, taking C#as a development tool, combing with SQL SERVER Database, using ASP.NET technology, the study completed the development of residential property management system.Test showed that the system provided users with a real digital community services and set up for property managers an efficient, convenient service platform, and played a positive coordination role among property managers, property services personnel, and the residents.
