Research On Intelligent Elevator Control Technology Based On Machine Vision

Due to the high speed development of social economy, the increasing demands of land, to save space, tall and super-tall building of towns are increasing, vertical elevator has become a indispensable transportation of tall building. In order to effectively solve the quick traffic demands in tall and super-tall buildings, efficient elevator group management system has become the research focus of new elevator control technique. In the context of the global advocate of saving energy and reducing consumption, saving energy and reducing consumption for elevator requirements have been incorporated into the national mandatory regulatory domain. How to improve the elevator service performance effectively and save energy consumption has become the urgent problems in the industry. The elevator group control system research has increasingly mature, but restricted by group control system itself, still can produce unnecessary energy consumption.In order to more effectively save energy consumption, optimize elevator scheduling and improve the operation efficiency of elevator, this paper put forward intelligent control method based on vision guidance and developed the software and hardware simulation. Processing and judgment respectively the collected image of the lift-waiting hall and lift car, and the judgment result as an auxiliary signal to transmission to the elevator so as to auxiliary elevator scheduling system, avoiding some invalid operation such as "no-load" or "stop unnecessary" etc, which can be further optimize the elevator scheduling strategy, improve the operation efficiency of the elevator and the ability of save energy.The research results of this paper mainly include:(1)The importance of energy-saving intelligent elevator control methods was discussed.(2) According to the development of machine vision control technology,and combining with the existing elevator control technology and the existing problems, intelligent control method based on machine vision was put forward.(3)Combined with the works of machine vision smart elevator, the design of simulation system is given.(4) Experiments and analysis were performed on the design of the system.
