| As the arrival of the global economy, technological innovation emerges in one after another and market competition has become increasingly fierce. Using informationization to promote enterprise management innovation has become an important link for the manufacturing enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. It couldn’t meet current manufacturers’needs on the production site management by using traditional management system like ERP. Therefore, further improving the level of informationization of the production site is necessary and manufacturing execution systems was born at the right time in the last century. However, the application effects of MES in the enterprises are not so obvious.From the beginning of the90s of the last century, visual management has become one of the most popular and widely used tools of daily production management. The enterprises need to use visual management, to conduct real-time monitoring on field operation, to ensure the information flow unimpeded, to realize zero time delay as well as zero waste, to improve the utilization rate of single device, to reduce the bottleneck link and the downtime to be expected, to strictly control the production rhythm, and to strengthen the process monitoring such as work in progress, schedule, transition, set and quality. In order to standardize the process for the field operation and improve the production efficiency, a diesel engine company conducts visual management on field operation by introducing a touch-screen management system.Based on the studies of MES related theory, combined with visualization management methods, an application of MES oriented visualization methods as well as a solution of visualization management for the assembly shop aiming at improving the production status of diesel engine assembly workshop is offered here.Firstly, the theories of the visualization management are analyzed, and combined with MES, distribution production visualization, mission operation visualization, inventory management visualization and quality management visualization are offered in this paper which applies visualization management methods in MES system.Secondly, aiming at improving the production status and workshop layout in the diesel engine assembly workshop, visualization management level model in MES is built to. The thesis also studies the implementation methods of the configurable e-kanban. Through a reasonable visualization management layout for the assembly workshop, the production management visualization in assembly workshop has been achieved. A production management system framework with a functionality of Kanban in workshop is built with the method of visualization management, and then the scope and effectiveness of visualization management application are analyzed briefly here.This study has certain exemplary role in the application research on visualization management in MES system. |
