Design And Implementation Of ShouAn Fire Protection Products Purchasing Management System

With the growing promotion of China’s enterprise information processes, the level and quality of the information technology in the corporate procurement and the management of supplier quality management has become one of the most important factor which restricting the development of China’s production-oriented enterprises. How to use the computer information technology, network technology and database technology to improve the level of the production-oriented enterprises’ corporate procurement and the management of supplier quality management, and make a fusion with the other business management information system in the enterprise, and finally improve the overall management level is an important challenge currently being faced by China’s production-oriented enterprises.In this thesis, the procurement and supplier management system project development work is introduced in details, the analysis and investigation work was carried out in the project’s requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system implementation and system testing process by using the software engineering theory and methodology.Firstly, from the point of the current status of supplier sourcing and management in the management operations, the management of business development situation and problems is introduced, and based on that, the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system is also analysis, the demand of the system have been developed, too.Secondly, from the point of the system design work, this thesis described the system design principles, key technologies, the overall framework of design, function modules design and back-end database design work, etc. Thirdly, the realization and implementation of the system is introduced based on the system function design work, and the core modules of the system were introduced by the running screen shooting. Fourthly, the testing work conduction of the system is analysis and introduced in detailed, including the testing methods, testing content, testing plans, testing environment, testing preparation and testing results evaluation work, etc. Finally, the summary and outlook of the research work is introduced.By analysis of the effect of the implementation of the system, the system has a significant effect in solving the corporate procurement and supplier management problems in the business, and has improved the overall efficiency and quality of the company’s management work, enhanced the daily business management efficiency and the comprehensive competitiveness of company.
