| With the development of IT technology and the improvement of socialdivision of labor mode, independent mode of competition betweenenterprises has been unable to meet the needs of the market. IT IndustryAlliance started to be payed more attention in global. In order to promote thedevelopment of IT industry, IT enterprise needs to condense resources fromupstream and downstream the supply chain of the IT industry, to form supplychain cooperation collective in sharing resource. It could avoid duplicationof development and construction. The competition between the enterprise andenterprise can turn into the competition in supply chain. IT Industry Alliancemethod can not only share the enterprise operation risk, can also sharetechnology, knowledge and information, so as to take complementary advantagesfrom each other and promote the development of technology. However, simplyrelying on market forces, IT industry alliance is too difficult to quickly form bestsupply chain cooperation, which is conducive to the long-term development ofenterprise. Therefore, the application of scientific methods to help enterprises tochoose the cooperative partner of the supply chain itself is of great significance.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of IT industryalliance, defining the scope and features of IT industry alliance. Combingthe function and mode of the current IT industry alliance, to clear therelationship characteristics and the requirements of IT industry alliance of supplychain partnership. Considering the present situation of IT industry alliance, it isimportant to balance enterprise supply chain risk and profit. Using the method ofprincipal component analysis and SPSS software, this paper established supplychain partner selection evaluation index system of IT industry alliance. Secondly, through the research on the theory and application of datawarehouse technology, it created a conceptual model of the data warehouseobjectives model, logical model and physical model based on the overalldemand of IT Industry Alliance. Data warehouse provided data model toassociation analysis in data mining. Appling cluster analysis method in datamining, the cooperative partners of the supply chain are selected preliminary,which is for further explore the long-term partners. At the same time, Apriorialgorithm which is the most classical correlation analysis in data mining was isimproved, using the Mapreduce property and Bigtable to improve theoperation processing speed of Apriori algorithm. Using the improved Apriorialgorithm, this paper established a supply chain partner selection model in themass data to further tap the potential partners.Finally, taking Huawei company as an example, it supplicated the supplychain partner selection model for verify. The results show that, what research inthis paper has a certain application value and reference meaning. |
