Because the vesseldiameter’s changes will be accompanied by the occurrence of disease, soaccording to the vessel diameter changes scholars can diagnosis the disease,especially at the present stage of vascular disease is a serious threat to humanhealth, which on the scholars have put forward higher requirements. In therapid development of the computer age, the computer technology into themedical field has been urgent human needs. With the development of integrateIT technology, through the computer detection, processing and analysis,medical diagnosis more rapid and accurate. Therefore, the digital imageprocessing technology in the biological sciences, has the extremely vitalsignificance to other medical field.There are many ways to measure blood vessels and the domestic andforeign researchers have done in-depth research to its, however, it still has a lotof difficulties before measuring diameter for direct measurement.Therefore, this paper carries on processing of image fusion technology beforethe diameter measurement. Because it is the living collection, the blood vesselsin the blood is flowing, we can only depend on the flow of red blood cells toidentify the location of a blood vessel. However, red blood cell is intermittedexisting vascular segment. Therefore, this paper is to angiogenesis connecteddomain through image fusion technology. In nowadays, image fusiontechnology has developed very mature. There are a lot of image fusionalgorithm according to the different image will be suitable for the differentmethods, and there is no uniform method. Of course, different methods willproduce different results. This paper uses Laplasse Pyramid image fusion method, the fusion method compared to other Pyramid, this method retains thesalient features and fusion of different scale, different resolution, which can bethe most close to people’s visual effect of the fusion result. The fused imagehas many tree vascular caused obstacles for specific measurement. Therefore,this paper uses the method of cluster analysis for vessel segmentation. TheFCM algorithm into fuzzy thinking, so that the original data to retain moreinformation. For the measurement of blood vessel diameter, this paper usesedge intersection method, it is the advantage of a small amount of calculation,high accuracy.The method proposed in this paper can achieve the measurement of vesseldiameter design better.Fusion and segmentation of vascular operation interfaceis simple, it improves the speed and the diagnostic results of medicaldiagnostic accuracy higher. This paper puts forward a new research method tothe field of medicine. |
