| Flexible printed circuit board has the characteristics of light, thin, soft and easy to massproduction, which has been widely used in electronic products such as mobile phone, tablet,etc. Adagio automation is the important way to improve the yield and the yield of production.In the production of adagio, key equipments such as SMT machine has a high degree ofautomation, but PSA applied is still given priority to with artificial operation, poor accuracyand low efficiency, which is a typical labor-intensive production. To this end, we developed akind of PSA sticking machine with high precisionand high speed to replace manpower, andfill the gap on the market.With PSA sticking machine as the research object in this paper, this test has analyzed thePSA sticking machine introduced by structure design and motion control of the error term,carried on the simulation calculation, combined with the actual measurement data, putforward the optimized design scheme, and successfully applied to the PSA products for PSAwere applied in the production of high precision, high speed requirements.The speed fluctuation is found very big when analysis the speed of mount head curve,which is the main factors that led to the decrease of the precision equipment and longpositioning time. After computing simulation, we find using a "full closed-loop speed control"S type curve method can meet the accuracy requirement of the equipment. Throughconstructing the embedded control platform, we realized the algorithm. The measured datashow that the algorithm can solve the problem of declining equipment accuracy and longpositioning time, which provides guidance for the transition of PSA.When test the embedded control platform, we explored the related hardware andsoftware architecture, which laid a good foundation for the application in the future.Research results is listed as following:1) we have set up the mathematical model of geometric errors of PSA sticking machine,analysed the key error affected the accuracy of applied elements, and pointed out the need topay attention to the key link in the design and assembly.2) We have carried on modal calculation and transient dynamics simulation for PSAsticking machine,analyzed the various factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of thePSA sticking machine, and put forward and verified the optimized design scheme.3) In view of the servo motor oscillation problem in high frequency, short position, we have designed the whole closed-loop speed control S type curve method and appliedsimulation verification on it to optimize SMT precision from the control provides a theoreticalbasis.4) To optimize the equipment control system and realize the speed control algorithm, wehave designed control platform with ARM+DSP as the core of embedded, optimized thespeed and position control curve, and verified the effectiveness of the system through the testbench. |
