| OPC(OLE for Process Control), the whole name is object linking and embedding technology forProcess Control. As an industrial technical specifications and standards, it is aimed at resolving thecommunication between users and the hardware devices in the field of industrial, it is supported by most ofsoftware designers and hardware manufactures.The paper is based on OPC DA technology, analyzing the current development of OPC technology, depthstudying the details of OPC specification, introducing the basic technologies for system developmentwhich included COM/DCOM, synchronus/asynchronus data communication etc. The ultimate aim is todevelop a data integration platform on the basis of these technologies.The integration system is designed to achieve the integration among different systems, mainlyinclude lower control system, data integration layer and application layer. The OPC data integration systemcontain distinct levels of integration, achieving a unified data collection, data analysis and data distribution,finally realizing a three-tier architecture which included the application layer, the data layer and the controllayer.The key point of the system is to achieve the seamless connectivity between different business systemand control system relied on the integrated platform in the system. For lower layer system, it achieves theintegration of different control systems, obtaining the data, analyzing and summarizing it. For upper layersystem, it provide interface for data service, containing most of database interfaces, and supporting WCFservices.Visual Studio2010development tools is used in the development of the system, while performing thedevelopment of system, a lot of tests are carried out and achieved satisfactory results at the same time. Theresearch results is not only generating a greater convenience for communication between business layer andcontrol system, but also expanding the application scope of OPC technology in the long term, in order topromoting the integration of management and control. |
