As more and more people start to use smartphone, users of Android system extend from technology geek to people in nearly all ages and occupations. The smartphone helps users to process complicated daily tasks, and at the same time contains many privacy data like photo, video, file and contacts. If we can encrypt those sensitive data ahead of time, even if users lost phone or storage card, data cannot be decrypted in case of privacy leakage. Under such scenario, this design accomplished a privacy data protect application basing on Android platform.In this paper, the protection of users’privacy policy is discussed in detail. Considering security, integrity and economy, design standards are proposed according to security management strategy.Beyond research on encryption algorithm and Android file system, the paper elaborates an implementation using AES as encryption algorithm, Android as its platform, SQLite as database engine and Java as the programming language.Moreover, after the preliminary design and detailed design, this paperdescribes developing each module that can encrypt photo, video, file and contacts. We also implemented a strategy to randomly generate key and to hide the key. Besides, MD5digital signature is used to ensure the integrity and recoverability of user data.
