In the process of evolution from3G to LTE-Advanced, the transmission rate and the delay performance have greatly improved. However, facing with the significantly increased mobile communication network data flow in recent years, along with the user requirement rising, inter-cell interference become severe. In order to eliminate the neighborhood interference, LTE-A consider introducing more collaboration (CoMP) technology. In order to eliminate the interference between cells, this paper considers intra-cluster cooperation and inter-cluster cooperation. Major work includes:(1) In this paper, a user classification based on decision tree algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is one kind of Data mining methods. It extracts the received SNR, delay, packet loss rate and the base station distance parameter from the user feedback signal as the test attribute of the decision tree. It improved those approaches’inaccuracy rate that only rely on the distance between the base station and users to determine user type, providing the basis for the the allocation of resources.(2) This paper proposed a joint precoding power allocation scheme and the Dynamic Frequency resources reserve (Dynamic Frequency Reservation) method. In the facet of coordination within the cluster, this article uses a block diagonalization precoding matrix, making the user equivalent channel to be in other user channels’.zero space, thereby eliminating the interference within clusters. This joint precoding power allocation scheme connects the design of the power distribution and the precoding matrix, choosing the optimal precoding matrix under the base station transmitted power constraint. In the facet of coordination between the clusters, this paper use the method of dynamic frequency resources reserve, through collaboration between clusters of flexible scheduling method of frequency resources, avoiding adjacent collaboration cluster using the same coordinative frequency channel, so as to suppress interference from adjacent collaboration cluster. What’s more, this paper gives a user scheduling schem based on best performance.
