’KuaiZhou’satellite can provide effective support with all kinds of emergency monitoring and relief information to minimize the loss of a disaster. But the existing data distribution system won’t be a very good choice to send these vast amounts of remote sensing information timely and effectively to the ground users. So this paper proposes such a data distribution system based on relay transmission.Firstly, the paper studied the network structure of relay system, which is composed of three layers:the ground control center, wireless relay node and the ground terminal. This is a new kind of hybrid network mode. And then the paper gives a transmission model how the data travels from the control center to each terminal. Meanwhile, the paper designed a dynamic slot allocation algorithm and frame structure to reduce the idle time slot which can increase the utilization rate of the channel. And multiple access technology, error control technology and the wireless relay technology research are studied to ensure that the information can be accurate, reliable and efficient distribution to each node. Above all, the paper focuses on LAS-CDMA technology, LAS code and the retransmission mechanism. Finally the simulation of system link has been carried on using the OMAPL138platform. And the paper gives an improvement method of using RT Thread real-time operating system to replace the Linux OS.
