| With the rapid development of Mobile Internet and the vigorously promote of the "Broadband China" strategy, consumptive intelligent terminals, such as smartphones, tablets and smart TVs, have been popular. Home networking center has become an important way of accessing information and entertainment, and the multi-screen interaction for home entertainment digital information sharing is a very important use case in home network. Studies of existing multi-screen interactive technology remained mostly within the LAN level. Along with the advent of cloud computing technology and big data technology, multi-screen interactive technology in WAN based on these technologies can greatly increase the applicative scene of multi-screen interactive technology, and improve the user experience. This paper surveys the existing variety of multi-screen interactive technology in LAN. Combined with the existing research of multi-screen interactive multiple in WAN, This paper presents a multi-screen interactive technology based on XMPP and DLNA in WAN. The technology uses XMPP for WAN devices to establish a connection, and introduces a new equipment named HMSA (Home Media Sharing Adapter) to the media sharing in WAN.Meanwhile, this paper also realized HMSA based on OpenWrt device, and in the experimental environment, build a multi-screen interactive WAN system based on XMPP and DLNA. Finally, on the system, we carry out several tests to verify the feasibility of the technology. In the research of multi-screen interactive technology, the works that is done are as follows:1. Study the current development situation and the principle of various multi-screen interactive technology in LAN. 2. Summarize the findings of two existing multi-screen interactive technology in WAN, analyzes the principle of their functions such as discovery, media sharing.3. Propose multi-screen interactive technology in WAN based on XMPP and DLNA, and analyse the various technical points and architecture of the technology.4. Describe the design of HMSA, achieve a multi-screen interactive system based on XMPP and DLNA, and verify its feasibility. |
