Since traditional mobile phone has given way to smartphone, the popularization rate and mobile Internet penetration of the latter have reached saturation. The demand differences among users are attracting more and more attentions. The research emphasis is laid on how to carry out the customization services according to users’characteristics. As for purchasing power, acceptance and possession degree for smartphones, the traditional users, such as business people and the elderly, are not inferior to the young people. But they seems depend more on the basic services because of the habits and working needs. Benefiting from the low network requirement, accurate transmission and low delay, the basic services are still irreplaceable. Ranking the first market share holder, it is necessary and challenging for Android system to inherit and improve its basic applications.In this paper, the development and improvement are focused on the Contact, Dial pad, and SMS modules of Dual-SIM smartphone based on Android, combining special consideration under international roaming state for traditional phone users. In order to realize more convenient call action, the paper proposes a multi-dimensional contact matching algorithm in dial pad based on Chinese users’input habit. Meanwhile, in purpose of launching a text session quickly, the paper proposes LRU algorithm combined with dynamic classification. The improved scheme has more simplified contact search steps and more efficient selection when searching dial-up, SMS receiver compared with the native system. To overcome the matching and communication failure caused by IP dial, international roaming dial and SMS platform access code, the study designs complete number extraction and matching in the call and SMS application. This scheme has accurate matching performance and better call and text services compared to existing contacts matching scheme. Group contacts are widely used nowadays. This paper provided a split scheme for mass text messages and a type of vCard contains group field. The scheme can provide users with flexible choice, complete information inheritance and migration path compared to existing processing mechanism. In consideration of the frequent information leakage and telecom fraud, the paper develops attribution matching module and the black and white list interception attached with suspended plug-in window. For the complex international roaming dial-up process and the inconvenience dialing prefix and code, the paper proposes a complete roaming dialing process and develops an auxiliary menu which can greatly save the roaming dial-up learning cost and time spent on complex operation for business users.This paper is committed to improve basic applications on Android smartphone with efficient algorithm, comprehensive strategy and flattening process. The ultimate aim is to enable traditional users to acquire more convenient operations, more humanized functions and much better user experience with low time and learning cost and acquire favorable effects.
