The Design And Implementation Of3-Dimensional Visualization Servicefor Collaborative Office Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, the enterprise collaborative office management system has become an indispensable information system of domestic enterprises and institutions which plays a vital role in the process of digital development,work-anytime-anywhere and intuitive visual information management gradually become the trend of the development of the enterprise information system. However, the existing management systems are still facing two problems:first, they are focusing on providing a mobile access to traditional office management system, rather than organically introducing mobile location services into office management system. Second, even though some domestic enterprise information system has been actively introduced the concept of multidimensional display and has designed3-dimensional rendering service for the enterprise equipment management system, but these service can’t provide interactive, configurable and business integrated3-dimensional service to extend enterprise informationization service category.To solve this problem, this paper based on PhoneGap mobile cross-platform development framework, combined with the Web development technology, and the3-dimensional rendering technology, designed and implemented a new collaborative office management system, which supports mobile platform crossing, makes full use of the position characteristics and provide flexible configuration of3-dimensional visualization interface.First, we analyze and study the mobile Web development technology, including cross-platform development framework, spatial positioning technology, Web map service usage,local storage technology in HTML5, mobile terminal and server data interaction technology, etc.; Second, we analyze and study the3-dimensional visualization technology, including3DMAX modeling technology, Flare3D programming technology, as well as Flash related technology; Finally, we design and implement the core function of collaborative office system with test and Optimization of the system, which combining mobile feature for mobie devices and location service,and providing flexible and Configurable3-dimensional view. This system is a useful tool to improve management efficiency.
