Image fusion method and information fusion method on multiscale can make a strategic decision on information from different information generator, enhance visual effect and information accuracy and contribute to space interactive. This thesis mainly studied multiscale active image fusion and information fusion method and solve problems which particulars loses and fusion accuracy of information fusion. The mainly contents of this thesis is described as follows:(1)This thesis proposed a new wavelet fusion method based on gradient and space energy, improved the edge strength and image articulation in wavelet fusion. The proposed method uses Gauss-Filter and Canny Operator to check the edge of images and deciding the frequency coefficients based on gradient and region energy to solve the problem that the result of traditional fuse method may lose edge information. The experiment results show that the method proposed had made an enhancement in enhance the edge strength, the parameters of edge strength has an increase of15%.(2)This thesis proposed a new information fusion method based on information quality and homographic transformation, improve the weight calculation method of camera selection. The method proposed was based on particular of active images and homographic transformation, calculate the weight for every camera and fuse image based on weight. The experiment shows that the method proposed had an increase of20%-50%on RMS errors.(3)This thesis proposed an evaluation method which uses edge strength and SSIM method to evaluate the image. The proposed method evaluates images by calculating edge map of original images and fused image, and uses SSIM to evaluate the image. The experiment results show the proposed method has a favorable positive correlation with traditional evaluation method.(4)This thesis designed and developed the multiscale active image fusion and information fusion system. The system had verify the methods proposed and the experiment results show that the methods proposed have a favorable effect in image fusion and information fusion which is contributed to high quality and effective information using by space interactive.
